Who We Are

An India where every woman, child and youth has the skills to shape their own future.

Make Tomorrow is an Indian non-profit organisation dedicated to creating pathways to empowerment through system strengthening, skill education and livelihood opportunities for women, children and youth.

Vision

An India where every woman, child and youth has the skills, confidence, and opportunity to build a dignified career, livelihood and shape a self-reliant future.

Mission

To empower women and youth across India with market-relevant skills, entrepreneurship support, and structured pathways to employment โ€” embedding vocational learning within public education systems for lasting, scalable change.

What We Do

Three threads, one fabric of change

๐Ÿ›๏ธ

Public Education

Strengthening State & District systems with skill curricula aligned to NEP 2020.

๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽ“

Youth Empowerment

Guiding out-of-school and unemployed youth from counselling to careers.

๐Ÿงต

Women Empowerment

Turning unrecognised craft into market-ready, income-generating skill.

Why We Do

The Skills Gap in India

Without practical life skills, women remain economically dependent and youth remain unemployable. The school-to-work transition is broken โ€” and no one is building the bridge. Make Tomorrow is.

0

Indian women with no income-generating skill or pathway to economic independence.

0

Young people with no structured pathway to employment or vocational training.

0

Youth leaving school with no vocational or life skills โ€” and no bridge to work.

Our work is directly aligned with the UN's 2030 Agenda โ€” driving 7 of 17 Sustainable Development Goals, from lifting women out of poverty to building partnerships for systemic change.

Our Impact

Determined to change lives โ€” one skill at a time.

We work with unwavering resolve to bridge the gap between aspiration and opportunity. Every woman trained, every youth employed, every school strengthened โ€” is a step toward a more equitable India.

Stories of Change

A woman changes a household. A youth becomes a breadwinner.

Rabia, a homemaker from a low-income household in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, raised three children while her husband โ€” a truck driver โ€” struggled with alcohol dependency and irregular income. With no independent income or formal education, the family often fell short of food, clothing and school fees.

Unrecognised skill: self-taught stitching & zardozi embroidery.

A Make Tomorrow team member, reached through a community referral, recognised her untapped craft potential and enrolled her in a structured skilling programme โ€” upgrading her embroidery to market-ready standards.

Rabia now earns โ‚น200โ€“โ‚น500 per day through zardozi work orders, supporting her family and her children's school expenses with newfound financial independence.

Keshav, 17, dropped out after Class 10 due to family pressures and lost interest in formal education. With no skills or direction, he spent his days idle on the streets โ€” facing stigma and growing frustration.

Found through dropout outreach data at a government school in Patparganj.

Keshav shared his interest in computers and content creation. The team enrolled him in a 3-month Career Connect Course covering MS Word, AI tools, Canva & video editing.

"I will support my family with this. I never thought I would get a job like this." Keshav was placed at TeamLease Services as a Data Collection Associate, earning โ‚น18,000/month.

Building a Movement, Not Just a Program
